Affiliate Program

Commission Rate

• Standard Commission Rate: 10% of subscription fee for the first 10 successful referrals
• Increased Commission Rate: 15% for all subsequent successful referrals beyond the 10th

How Our Affiliate Model Works?

1. Commission eligibility: Commissions paid only if someone makes a subscription within a 30-day window after using your affiliate code or clicked on your referral link.
2. One-time commission: Affiliates earn only on the first year subscription fee
3. Uncapped commission volume: There is no limit to the number of successful referrals you can make
4. Last click/code wins: In the event that two affiliates each bring in one successful subscription; the commission will be awarded to the affiliate whose code was used for the subscription. If no code was used, it is to the affiliate whose link was last clicked on

Terms

1. Ethical Marketing Obligations: Affiliates are required to adhere to ethical marketing practices and comply with the terms of service outlined by Qommit Capital.
2. Commission Rate Adjustments: Qommit Capital reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time, provided that affiliates are notified of such changes prior to their implementation.
3. Termination of Agreement: Qommit Capital reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement in the event of any violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement or misuse of the Qommit Capital affiliate program.
4. Modification: Qommit Capital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with appropriate notice provided to all active affiliate partners.
5. Expense: All other expenses incurred by an affiliate in carrying out his/her duties shall not be reimbursed.
6. Mislead: You agree that you will not attempt to mislead anyone in connection with the affiliate program, including, but not limited to, creating fake accounts, profiles, links, or messages. You further agree not to defraud or abuse, or attempt to defraud or abuse, anyone in connection with the affiliate program.
7. Conduct: You agree that you will not use any defamatory, offensive, abusive, or obscene content in connection with the affiliate program. This includes, but is not limited to, harassing content or content that violates someone else’s privacy.
8. Spamming: You agree that you will not “spam” anyone to sign up for Qommit using your referral code through mass emails, commercial advertising, or other similar means, and that you at all times will remain compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws. Prohibited activity constituting spam includes, but is not limited to, mass emailing and the use of automated systems, bots, adware, pop ups, or automatic dialers.
